Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer:

  • A full refund, OR
  • A free replacement shipped to you

Returns for Non-Defective Items We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items not in their original packaging

How to Start a Return Email us at pavioshop@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified by email once your refund is issued.
